I recently stayed at a hotel in Santiago that exceeded my expectations. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities provided were all in excellent condition. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, just a short stroll from one of the main avenues and close to the metro. This made it convenient to explore the city and visit the main attractions. I was impressed with the service, the well-equipped rooms with a nice balcony and kitchen, and the breakfast options available.
This hotel had no major flaws; everything was ok.

Excellent, caring staff. When our son needed emergency dental care, the front-desk clerk called around until he located one for us. Very respectful and gracious service.

The staff was very kind and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic and really satisfying, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. , the location was perfect as it was in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
The noise level in the hotel was really high and it was hard to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were outdated and could use some renovations to improve the quality of the stay.

Location.
No heating in the bed room. Dirty window and pigeon residues rear the heater, which is very unsanitary. I could not use phone card with the phone in the room so I needed to call the reception whenever I need to call. No wi-Fi. The internet cable offered by the hotel was too short.

The staff was very helpful and courteous to me.
I am not a smoker and ended up with a smoking room. It was awful! I thought I had rented a room/apartment with a kitchenette but I ended up with a small refrigerator in the corner - no stove and only the bathroom sink. The description on the website was not clear enough to know this OR my room was changed by the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, the balcony was a certain plus.
The hotel was nice but it bothered me that we had to pay a tax on staying there simply because we had Chilean student carnets and didn't have our passports with entrance information with us. There should have been a warning about that ahead of time, or perhaps it's just our inexperience with staying in hotels rather than hostels in Chile.
